Ich mag Sport und Musik. Doch lange Zeit konnte ich nicht leben wie die anderen Kinder.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ich wurde mit einer Fehlbildung der Beine geboren. Ich konnte nicht aufrecht stehen. Um mich fortzubewegen, musste ich \u00abauf allen vieren\u00bb gehen und mich dabei auf meine Handfl\u00e4chen und Fusssohlen abst\u00fctzen. Schon in meiner Kindheit brachten mich meine Eltern in verschiedene Gesundheitszentren, aber man fand keine L\u00f6sung. Mit den Jahren verloren wir die Hoffnung, dass ich eines Tages normal gehen k\u00f6nnte.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Es war wirklich hart f\u00fcr mich. Ich zog immer die Blicke aller auf mich. In der Schule hatten einige Mitleid, andere betrachteten mich als \u00abverfluchtes\u00bb Kind. Ich sch\u00e4mte mich, und meine Eltern litten sehr darunter, dass ich ausgegrenzt wurde.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kontakt mit dem Medizinisch-Chirurgischen Zentrum von Kaya<\/h2>\n\n<p>Alles ver\u00e4nderte sich im Jahr 2024, als die Mitarbeitenden des Gemeinschaftlichen Rehabilitationsprogramms von Garango von mir erfuhren. Sie boten mir an, mich f\u00fcr eine Untersuchung ins Medizinisch-Chirurgische Zentrum (MCZ) von Morija in Kaya zu bringen. Im M\u00e4rz 2025 erkl\u00e4rte man mir, dass man mich operieren k\u00f6nnte. Doch ich glaubte noch nicht, dass mir das wirklich helfen w\u00fcrde.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Am 15. April 2025 wurde ich im Medizinisch-Chirurgischen Zentrum operiert. Der Eingriff verlief problemlos. Danach musste ich vier Monate lang in Kaya bleiben, f\u00fcr die postoperative Betreuung und die funktionale Rehabilitation. In dieser Zeit k\u00fcmmerte sich das Personal sehr gut um mich. Dank der Unterst\u00fctzung des Rehabilitationsprogramms von Garango und der Reduzierung der Behandlungskosten um mehr als zwei Drittel durch Morija konnten meine Eltern die Behandlung bezahlen.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein neues Leben<\/h2>\n\n<p>Heute hat sich mein Leben komplett ver\u00e4ndert! Ich kann laufen wie alle anderen. Ich bin nicht mehr anders, ich sch\u00e4me mich nicht mehr. Die Leute, die mich kennen, fragen mich immer wieder: \u00abIn welchem Zentrum hat man dich behandelt?\u00bb Ich berichte ihnen stolz, dass ich im MCZ von Kaya war, wo das Personal fantastische<br\/>Arbeit geleistet hat!   <\/p>\n\n<p>Ich m\u00f6chte mich bei allen bedanken, die mir geholfen haben: dem Rehabilitationsprogramm von Garango, dem MCZ von Kaya und allen Personen, die das Zentrum unterst\u00fctzen! Ohne sie k\u00f6nnte ich heute nicht aufrecht gehen. <\/p>\n\n<p>Jetzt tr\u00e4ume ich davon, wieder zur Schule zu gehen, denn ich musste den Unterricht f\u00fcr die Behandlung unterbrechen.
