A legacy to Morija represents a new hope for many children

• The Morija association is recognized as being of public interest in most cantons. It is therefore exempt of inheritance tax. Your donation will therefore be completely dedicated to the goal you have chosen.
  
  
• Inheritance Law governs the sharing of assets of a deceased person. Close family members benefit from legal protection which guarantees them a part of these assets, called “reserve”. The remaining assets, after deduction of the « reserve », are called « available part ». The writer of the testament may freely attribute this part to any person(s) or institution(s) of his/her choice.
